Thomas finished second in the USAC National Sprint Car Series this year and third in the USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midget Series.

“I couldn’t be more excited to be making the move to the All Stars in 2022,” Thomas Jr. said in a statement. “We have partnered with Snow Racing for the upcoming season and I’m thrilled for the opportunity,” Thomas said. “I have enjoyed getting to know these guys and forming a team with them. Clayton [Snow] has worked extremely hard to put all of this in motion and I can’t thank him enough for taking a chance on me.”

Series competition will begin in early February with a short stint of non-point races across Georgia and Florida. A two-day visit to Georgia’s Senoia Raceway kicks if off Feb. 4-5, with $8,000 and $10,000 winner’s shares, respectively.

Following his visit to the Peach State, Thomas’ early-season All Star campaign will continue with a pair of DIRTcar Nationals appearances at Volusia (Fla.) Speedway Park on Feb. 8-9, followed by another pair of Florida stops at East Bay (Fla.) Raceway Park on Feb. 14-15.

All four visits to Volusia and East Bay will award $6,000 top prizes.

Despite a short winged sprint car resume, Thomas’ non-wing accolades compensate. He boasts an Indiana Sprint Week championships, three Perris Auto Speedway Oval Nationals victories in California, three Lawrenceburg (Ind.) Speedway Fall Nationals titles and four Haubstadt Hustler wins in Indiana.

Thomas owns one winged sprint car victory in 2017 during ASCS Southwest Region competition at Arizona Speedway.

“I’m confident that my experiences will go hand in hand,” Thomas said. “It’s going to be a fun, yet challenging season for our team. I feel like we have the resources to be as prepared as we can and to help my learning curve. I’m ready to get started.”
