ELKHART LAKE, Wis. – Gregory Liefooghe and Sean Quinlan drove the No. 119 BMW M4 GT4 to the victory in Sunday’s Pirelli GT4 America event at Road America.
A late-race restart helped Quinlan run down and pass Todd Clarke in the No. 111 McLaren 570S GT4 in turn one to take the lead for the final time. Quinlan drove off to victory for himself and his co-driver Liefooghe, capturing the overall and Pro-Am class triumphs.
John Capestro-Dubets and Tom Capizzi finished second, with Kenton Koch and Bryan Putt combining to finish third.
The Silver class victory went to the No. 28 BMW MF GT4 of Harry Gottsacker and Tyler Maxson, while Ty and Todd Clarke captured the Am victory after leading overall late in the race.Â
