The 15th edition of The Racing Attorney Conference is set for Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas on April 9 – 10.
First held in 2008, TRAC is an annual event that combines education, development and networking for leaders in the racing industry.
This year’s conference will feature panels on racing production and broadcasting, data privacy and cybersecurity, sponsorship, AI in sports, assumption of risk and waiver, event cancellation protection, the Corporate Transparency Act and recent racing contract disputes.
TRAC is planned and presented by the Indianapolis Bar Association Sports and Entertainment Law Section, in partnership with the State Bar of Texas and the Austin Bar Association.
