DGM No. 90 Throws Back To Ken Schrader

LAKE WALES, Fla. Bucked Up Apparel will return to DGM Racing as the primary sponsor of B.J. McLeod’s No. 90 Chevrolet Camaro for Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Steakhouse Elite 200 during NASCAR Throwback Weekend at Darlington Raceway.

McLeod’s scheme honors NASCAR legend Ken Schrader by hearkening back to Schrader’s 1985 NASCAR Cup Series rookie-of-the-year paint scheme.

That year, Schrader drove the No. 90 Junie Donlavey-owned, Ultra Seal-sponsored Ford to three top-10 finishes – at Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway, Dover (Del.) Int’l Speedway and the Riverside (Calif.) Int’l Raceway road course – and top rookie honors.  He came home 16th in points that season.

“Throwback weekend is an opportunity to remember and celebrate the past. When Bucked Up first came on as a partner in 2015, we were honoring their 10th anniversary,” said team owner Mario Gosselin. “We’re extremely thankful to have them back on board with us and commemorate our continued success together.”

Founded in 2005, the Bucked Up “Antlers with Attitude” brand engages the spirit of outdoor enthusiast of all ages. The Sanford, Fla., based clothing company specializes in hunting and fashion apparel that can be purchased at many outdoor retailers.

McLeod has made three prior starts with DGM Racing in his NASCAR Xfinity Series career, which spans six years and 156 starts overall. His most recent appearance in Gosselin’s equipment came at Texas Motor Speedway in November of 2020, where he came forward from 30th to finish 17th.
