Season In Review: Brad Keselowski, No. 6

In a season where RFK Racing’s resurgence was a top storyline, co-owner and driver Brad Keselowski was a key proponent of the narrative.

The No. 6 Ford pilot authored seven top fives, 16 top 10s and led 341 laps during the 36-race season. While he was eliminated during the Round of 12 cutoff race in October, Keselowski still managed to finish eighth in the standings.

Though he did not visit victory lane this year, the 39-year-old finished runner-up twice — once at Atlanta (Ga.) Motor Speedway and again at Daytona Int’l Speedway for the regular season finale. Keselowski also surpassed 500 starts in the Cup Series.

The No. 6 pit crew earned the Mechanix Wear Most Valuable Pit Crew Award.

“We’ve got a lot to be proud of,” Keselowski said following his playoff elimination. “It’s frustrating when you don’t advance and you don’t get what you want out of the day, but we’ve got a lot of great things going on and we’ll learn from it and come back stronger.”

The 16-year veteran of the Cup Series will solider on to 2024, hoping to add to his 35-win career total.
