The No. 21 Ford of Harrison Burton failed pre-race inspection for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway twice.
Burton’s car chief, Cody Saul, has been ejected from the event and Burton will start from the rear when the race begins (3 p.m. ET on Fox).
Burton was supposed to start 31st.
No other cars failed inspection twice.
