Ty Majeski Scores Pole In Hometown Milwaukee

WEST ALLIS, Wisc. — Ty Majeski scored the pole for Sunday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at The Milwaukee Mike — his home race. Majeski, who’s won the last two Truck Series races, put down a lap of 29.816 seconds (122.552 mph) for his fourth pole of the season. 

Tanner Gray will start second with Christian Eckes, Corey Heim and Nick Sanchez rounding out the top five. William Sawalich, Kaden Honeycutt, Rajah Caruth, Tyler Ankrum and Daniel Dye complete the top 10. 

Playoff drivers starting outside the top 10 are Grant Enfinger (11th), Taylor Gray (12th) and Ben Rhodes (18th). Racing for owner’s points, Xfinity Series regular Sammy Smith is starting 19th in the No. 7 Spire Motorsports entry. 

Norm Benning was the only driver who failed to qualify.
