MOORESVILLE, N.C. — As Carson Hocevar continues to recover from injuries sustained during a last-lap accident in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event at World Wide Technology Raceway on June 4, Daniel Suárez will standby as a potential relief driver during Saturday’s DoorDash 250 at Sonoma Raceway.
Suarez drives the No. 99 NASCAR Cup Series Chevrolet for Trackhouse Racing.

We’re proud of everything Carson and the No. 42 team have accomplished and look forward to watching them compete for a championship this year.”
Hocevar, who is in his second full-time NCWTS season, enters the 12th race of the season eighth in driver points and ninth in owner points standings. The 19-year-old has three top-fives and five top-10 finishes this season.
