Smith, Busch To Start On Front Row At Martinsville

Front Row Motorsports’ Zane Smith scored pole position for Friday night’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway during the afternoon qualifying session.

Smith set a fast lap of 19.797 seconds at 95.651 mph in his No. 38 Ford.

Kyle Busch will join Smith on the front row in his No. 51 Kyle Busch Motorsports Chevrolet. Busch turned a 19.828-second lap at 95.501 mph at the half-mile track.

ThorSport Racing’s Ben Rhodes and KBM’s Corey Heim will start from the second row, while Rackley WAR’s Matt DiBenedetto finished qualifying in fifth. Christian Eckes, Carson Hocevar, Chase Purdy, Tanner Gray and Grant Enfinger completed the top 10.

The entire Truck Series field will take the green at 7:30 p.m. (ET).
