At the start, polesitter Bezzecchi was unable to maintain his lead as Brad Binder shot to the point early on.

Though Bagnaia would quickly maneuver his way around the South African to hold serve. On lap 17, Bezzecchi got around Binder to switch focus on Bagnaia.

The lead fluctuated in the closing laps, but Bagnaia was never challenged in the end as he cruised to victory.

Bezzecchi hung on to second with Aleix Espargaro rounding out the podium in third. Ducati swept the front two positions, with Espargaro’s Aprilia following suit.
