Flash back to 2018, when the Supreme Court struck down the Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act. It effectively allowed legalized sports betting to expand beyond its stronghold in Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
There are now approximately 38 states that have passed legislation to allow legalized sports wagering.
