INDIANAPOLIS — Drive Planning will be the primary sponsor for Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing (SFHR) during the upcoming USF2000 Season presented by Cooper Tires.
Elliot Cox will be behind the wheel of the No. 67 SFHR entry for all 18 rounds, including three rounds at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on May 11-13 and one round at Lucas Oil Raceway in Indianapolis on May 25-26.
“Everyone at Drive Planning is excited to partner with Elliot Cox and Sarah Fisher Hartman Racing,” said Todd Burkhalter, Drive Planning CEO and founder. “We knew that from the moment we met Elliot and his family that they embodied all that we stand for as a company. His entire team certainly has the drive and is focused on success. We look forward to a long-standing relationship with Elliot and SFHR. We’ll meet you all in the winner’s circle.”
The move to USF2000 competition comes after a year in USF Juniors in 2022, where Cox finished 11th in the championship while running a partial season. He has continued making a big impression on and off the track.
“It shows great promise ahead for our team and Elliot, to welcome a partnership from Drive Planning,” said Wink Hartman, the team’s co-owner. “After a winter of planning, we look forward to the forward momentum on and off track.”
Based out of Georgia, but with seven locations across the country, Drive Planning takes an intentional approach to a successful life. The company specializes in portfolio management, financial planning, private investments and more.
“I am incredibly grateful and excited for Drive Planning to race along with me this season, as they bring their mission to put their clients on the fast track to ‘Keep More, Make More, Live More’ to the USF 2000 series,” Cox said. “Racing requires making the best plan to get to the front, and that’s exactly where SFHR and Drive intend to go with this partnership. I am looking forward to getting the season started with the Drive Planning 67 car on the track.”
The season will start February 28 with a test at Sebring International Raceway.
