Jon Bon Jovi Riding With Meyer Shank Racing

PATASKALA, Ohio — Rock icon Jon Bon Jovi will be riding with Meyer Shank Racing for multiple races this season.

Beginning with the NTT IndyCar Series season opener, the Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg in Florida, Bon Jovi’s SiriusXM channel, Bon Jovi Radio, will be featured on the side pod of Felix Rosenqvist’s No. 60 Honda.

The station will also be featured on Rosenqvist’s car for the $1 Million Challenge at The Thermal Club in California on March 24.

In addition to seeing his name on the IndyCar grid for back-to-back races, Bon Jovi is set to ride in the IndyCar Fastest Seat in Sports at the Grand Prix of St. Petersburg which will be driven by four-time Indianapolis 500 winner, Helio Castroneves.

Outfitted in a custom Bon Jovi Radio firesuit, Bon Jovi and Castroneves will lead the field to the green flag in the series’ two-seater Indy car on March 10.

“SiriusXM has an amazing network of talent and it is so cool to get to collaborate with them for programs like this with Bon Jovi,” said MSR Co-Owner Jim Meyer. “It’s best of both worlds for everyone, with these artists getting exposed to IndyCar in a big way while also helping to raise the profile of these events with their fan bases.

“Not only that, but we have been able to adapt our liveries to showcase each of these artist’s own SiriusXM channels. Having Jon Bon Jovi here in St. Pete is great exposure for SiriusXM and for the series as well. We’re really hoping that this is just the start of what we can do with SiriusXM for this season.”

“Jon is set for an electrifying and sensational experience in the Fastest Seat in Sports as he welcomes a global audience to the new NTT IndyCar Series season,” said Penske Entertainment President & CEO Mark Miles. “This is a terrific collaboration between SiriusXM and Meyer Shank Racing, and an example of partnership activation that shines a spotlight across the whole sport.”
