UNION, Ky. — Ricky Thornton Jr. added another $10,000 to his bank account, winning Saturday’s Northern Allstars Late Model Series season opener at Florence Speedway.
Thornton started outside the front row and led flag to flag to win the 48th annual Spring 50.
Mike Marlar finished second, with Josh Rice, Tyler Erb and Jason Jameson rounding out the top five.
