Overton Banks $20,000 For 30th Win

MILTON, Fla. — Brandon Overton romped to his 30th super late model victory of the season Saturday night at Southern Raceway.

Overton earned $20,000 for winning the King of the Sandbox main event.

Starting third, Overton took the lead from polesitter Bo Slay on the 13th lap and paced the final 48 circuits for the victory, beating Max Blair to the checkered flag by 3.776 seconds.

Slay finished third, with Joseph Joiner and Ryan Crane rounding out the top five.

Slay was the fast qualifier for the 18-car field.
