More Bonus Money For Wild West Shootout

VADO, N.M. — Iowa’s Karl Chevrolet has sweetened the pot for the upcoming 18th annual Rio Grande Waste Services Wild West Shootout presented by O’Reilly Auto Parts at Vado Speedway Park.

Led by Carl Moyer the company is adding a nightly $1,000 “Karl Kash” bonus to each super late model feature winner. That means the first five events for the division now pay $11,000-to-win and the Rio Grande Waste Services 50 presented by Shaw Trucking final now boasts a $26,000 winner’s prize.

And last but not least if a driver wins all six Dirt Track Bank Super Late Model features presented by Black Diamond Racecars during the Wild West Shootout, he or she will win a 2024 Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LT 5.3L truck of their choice and will get to choose the color.

This is in addition to the $300,000 bonus being offered by Penske Racing Shocks to any driver who can win all six super late model races during the two-week event.

The bonus program also includes a $100,000 incentive for five wins and a $25,000 bonus for four mini-series victories during the January 6-14 event at the state-of-the-art New Mexico oval.

Taking center stage are six complete programs for Super Late Models, Modifieds, and X-Mods on Jan. 6, 7, 10, 12, 13 and 14.
