MAQUOKETA, Iowa — Justin Kay romped from ninth starting position to win Saturday’s Malvern Bank East Series late model feature at Maquoketa Speedway.
Kay passed Andy Eckrich for the lead and paced the final seven laps to pick up the $3,000 winner’s check for his 10th career victory in the touring series.
Eckrich came home second, with Dylan Thornton, Jeff Tharp and Spencer Diercks completing the top five.
