TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — Nick Hoffman won his third consecutive DIRTcar Summit Racing Equipment Modified Nationals feature Friday night at the Terre Haute Action Track.
Will Krup led the first 19 and a half laps, but Hoffman swung by on the outside coming off turn two on the final lap to earn his fourth victory on the tour this summer.
Hoffman chased Krup from the outset, but when the white flag flew Krup was dealing with traffic that allowed Hoffman to pick his way to the lead and hold off Krup to the checkered flag.
Tyler Nicely was third with Hunt Gossum and David Stremme rounding out the top five.
