Super DIRT Week Boasts Over $400,000 In Total Purse

OSWEGO, N.Y. — With the support of new and long-time partners, the 50th Running of NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week will boast a more than $400,000 total purse for the week of racing, Oct. 3-9.

Along with celebrating the historic 50th Running of Super DIRT Week, the event will also honor the 10th consecutive year that NAPA Auto Parts has served as the event’s title sponsor.

Joining NAPA as a long-time returning sponsor is Billy Whittaker Cars & Trux, which is entering its sixth consecutive season as the sponsor of the Super DIRTcar Series $50,000-to-win, Billy Whittaker Cars 200.

CASE Construction Equipment joins as a new partner this year, supporting the event in multiple facets, along with serving as the official construction equipment company for the Super DIRTcar Series and sponsoring Ken Schrader’s DIRTcar Pro Stock for the event.

The familiar gold bowtie will don the DIRTcar Sportsman main event once again for the Chevrolet Performance 75 — taking place on Sunday, Oct. 9.

When it comes to the essential tires and fuel, Hoosier Racing Tire and VP Racing Fuels have become synonymous with NAPA Super DIRT Week and DIRTcar Racing throughout the Northeast. They’ll both continue to be suppliers of those essentials for competitors throughout the week.

DIRTVision will again be the official Super DIRT Week live broadcast partner, broadcasting live the entire week of action from Oswego Speedway and the event’s two satellite shows at Weedsport Speedway (Tuesday, Oct. 4) and Brewerton Speedway (Wednesday, Oct. 5).

Nearly $15,000 in special awards will be available to drivers across all four divisions — Super DIRTcar Series, DIRTcar 358 Modifieds, DIRTcar Sportsman and DIRTcar Pro Stocks.Â
