FULTON, N.Y. — Matt Sheppard continued his season of domination Saturday night at Fulton Speedway.
Sheppard raced from outside the front row and won the 36th annual Outlaw 200 for modifieds at the quarter-mile dirt track.
It was Sheppard’s 36th feature victory of the season.
Mat Williamson worked his way from fifth on the grid to finish second, while Mike Mahaney, Billy Dunn and Chad Phelps rounded out the top five.
