Keeping the best interest of drivers and fans in mind, officials have adjusted the World of Outlaws World Finals schedules on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday due to extreme cold temperatures expected at night.
Super DIRT Week officials hoped for a change in weather overnight, but unfortunately rain combined with hail and high wind has continued this morning and is forecasted by Precision Weather Service to continue into tonight, pushing the remaining three feature events to Monday, Oct. 9.
Heavy rain moved over Oswego Speedway Saturday evening, with Precision Weather Service calling for more rain to fall before track crews would be able to return the racing surface to a safe and competitive condition, leading to the postponement of the remaining events to Sunday, Oct. 8.
