SPEED SPORT is seeking an experienced, well-rounded web developer with particular expertise in the WordPress.org CMS ecosystem.

Qualified candidate will have at least 5 years experience, demonstrated ability in implementing, supporting, testing and customizing WordPress website installations, demonstrable, thorough working knowledge of plugin installation and troubleshooting, theme and child theme management, HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL databases, etc.  Must also be experienced and adept at working with hosting environments, http, https, cloud computing, content distribution networks, caching, etc.  Good project management skills, working with reversion control, staging environments and proper backup protocols a must.  Specific experience with hosting WordPress.org installations a bonus.

Additional skills desired – experience working with iOS, Android platforms, iTunes and Google marketplaces, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics, Facebook and Twitter integration, etc.

Knowledge and/or appreciation for motorsports a plus.
